What is NiceTalk Junior? NiceTalk Junior is the latest addition in NiceTalk’s English Learning Program. We provide fun, educational, and interactive English classes to Young Chinese learners (4-12 years old) through NiceTalk’s learning platform. English fluency is achieved through constant practice, but this alone is a long practice. When constant practice is accompanied by fun and interactive activities delivered by excellent teachers, acquiring the English language will be faster. NiceTalk Junior aims to provide personalized and interactive English classes online to Young Chinese Learners using curriculum created to specifically target language acquisition at the students’ English level.

When to start teaching students
Once you have passed the screening process, a contract will be given. If you choose to sign and commit to it, a permanent schedule will be given to you so you can start teaching.
Teaching rates
The hourly rate for NiceTalk Junior Tutors is composed of a base pay $10USD PER HOUR and $2 USD bonus for attendance. However, in addition to the teaching hourly rate, we also offer performance-based incentives. Besides, sufficient amount of bonus will be given for the numbers classes finished. For example, if you finish 30 hours teaching in a month, you get an extra $2USD PER HOUR.
Payment schedule
Tutors get paid every month into PayPal account.
Referral bonus
Once you are accepted as a NiceTalk Junior tutor, you can start referring friends or family to be tutors so that they can also be part of our growing NiceTalk family. For every person you refer who has passed the screening process and has finished at least 100 minutes of classes with NiceTalk or NiceTalk Junior, you will receive $30USD. All you have to do is to give your referrals your invite code and have them input this code when they apply.
